With an ever-expanding client list, our call to grow our expert team has been answered, as Team Ecrubox welcome not one, not two, but three talented staff members! Increasing numbers from four to seven, we’re so excited to welcome Digital Marketing Assistants Leah and Scarlett, and Digital Marketing Executive Steph to the team.
Our Digital Marketing Assistants Leah and Scarlett are beginning to learn the ropes at Ecrubox and are quickly getting to grips with the fast-paced agency environment that we work in, as well as learning the fundamentals of digital marketing. They are also enjoying getting to know our clients and getting a feel for the way that each brand positions themselves. It's great to have their creative influence and different perspective in the office.
Our Digital Marketing Executive Steph joins us from a law firm where she was working with every aspect of the digital marketing landscape. With a special passion for social media marketing, she is especially looking forward to getting involved in developing our clients' social presence, as well as furthering her knowledge in search marketing, PPC, web development and ecommerce.
When asked about the new team members, our Founder Heather Horton stated: "It's such an exciting time at Ecrubox Digital. When Sebastian and I started the company in November last year we never thought we'd be a team of seven half way through our first trading year - it's been a bit of a whirlwind.
We're really enjoying ourselves and as a team we're very much about working hard, but also having some fun as well. There's a lot of laughter in our office and now a dog every now and again as well (thanks to Scarlett!). I can't wait to see where our little agency goes from here."
So much more than just a ‘digital marketing agency’, we prefer to think of ourselves as an extension to in-house marketing teams, working collaboratively with our clients to ensure that they are getting the most out of their digital presence so growing our team means that we can continue to deliver the best service to our current clients as well as continue to grow from here.
