The Milliken group employs 8,000 staff globally, 900 of them in Europe. The business posted pre-tax profits of £8.5m for the year ended 28 November 2021, up from the £4.8m reported a year earlier. Turnover jumped to £117.9m compared to £99m in the prior period. Ecrubox was a natural fit for their design and performance focussed flooring product digital marketing.

When beginning our relationship with Milliken, we delivered a comprehensive digital consultative approach that encompassed an in-depth strategy to reclaim and acquire new traffic from search engines, organic social and SEO strategies to ensure visibility on highly relevant and valuable search queries. Our main challenge was to grow our digital business alongside our traditional marketing efforts, to reach a new generation of customers.
