This Friday we’ll be donning our glad rags and heading to Worcester Cricket Club to attend the Wonderful Worcestershire Awards. The awards are an annual event run by local businesswomen to celebrate the business talent in the local area. With categories ranging from Entrepreneur of the Year to Volunteer of the Year, not only are the awards a great celebration but also a great opportunity to get familiar with and support local businesses.
Our founder Heather is one of the finalists in the Young Business Owner of the Year category; and rightly so. Having started the company in November 2017, we’ve grown at a phenomenal pace and within three months the business brought on two more staff members – which alongside Heather’s husband and co-founder Sebastian, brings the total head count to four (for now!).
As well as bringing Ecrubox to life, Heather is also a Mum to three beautiful children and an MBA student at Warwick Business School – managing all her commitments with a great attitude and a brilliant sense of humour. A true superwoman!
With an ever-expanding client list, we’re looking to grow the team to meet demand and we’re currently looking for a passionate apprentice who is keen to learn about the inner workings of a digital marketing agency and grow within the industry.
So much more than just a ‘digital marketing agency’, we prefer to think of ourselves as an extension to in house teams, working collaboratively with clients to ensure that they are getting the most out of their digital presence. With that in mind, we’re also highly skilled in traditional marketing – helping businesses define their branding by building a complete marketing strategy, using it to shape marketing activity and future campaign plans.
